I've been a lawyer in personal injury/ medical malpractice/ wrongful death cases for 35 years, and so there are very few issues that'd come up that I haven't dealt with in the past, and because of my experience, I am able to deal with issues and place cases in a posture for a successful resolution.
Because of my experience the firm has a great reputation among all the city and trial judges, and the fact that we do have a very strong reputation actually benefits our clients in that sometimes we get offers on cases that other lawyers would not get offers to settle.
Our clients should expect to be treated with great respect. We have a lot of sensitivity to their issues and their needs. We obviously have a lot of clients who have special needs, and it's our obligation and it's our responsibility to maximize the dollar amounts that we can obtain -
